I recently tried the mini German chocolate cakes from Patissier Lavender, a new business started by my neighbor, and they were incredible. The cake was moist and rich, and the coconut custard filling was absolutely delicious, creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. They’re beautifully made and you can tell a lot of care and skill goes into each one. I love supporting small local businesses, especially when the quality is this good. It’s exciting to see a neighbor turn their passion into something so special. If you enjoy fresh pastries and desserts, I definitely recommend giving Patissier Lavender a try. I’ll absolutely be back for more.
